Описание позиции:
1. Job Title – Technical Sales Manager
2. Job purpose: To increase market shares and support necessary activities to reach target growth within different market segments, introduce new products and technologies in order to reach profitability and provide long-term business relations.
3. Functions –
• Technical & Commercial service to existing customers, acquisition of new customers.
• Informs and reports to HQ about major developments at customers, market trends, competitors activities.
• Handles responsibly technical & commercial customers’ inquiries.
• Market introduction of new products and technologies.
• Evaluation and exploits new business opportunities.
• Market analysis related to new development and alternative technologies.
• Conducts competition & market data analysis.
• Generates & monitors sales planning.
• Strong cooperation with internal sales organizations and Business Line in HQ.
• Conducts sales and prices negotiations self dependently.
• Regular reporting to the Business Line.
• Participation in conferences, fairs and exhibitions.
• Organization and support technical trials with expert’s participation.
4. Compensation –
• Annual bonus, dependent on personal performance of employee and company achievements;
• Medical and Live insurance;
• Company canteen;
• Company car;
• Mobile;
• Vacation – 25 working days / 35 calendar days.
5. Contract – permanent labor contract.
6. Probation period - 3 month.
7. Work expirience – Sales Experience
• Experience in creating / managing distribution networks and channels
• Experience in managing small to large projects
• Market survey even if in different areas
• Working on concepts
• Used to regular reporting
9. Age – about 30 y.o.
10. Education – University Degree.
11. Competence in foreign languages – English good both level verbal and written; good communication skills in English
12. Computer skills – Good PC skills.
13. Professional skills – Good Negotiation skill, excellent coordination capability.
14. Personality features – carefulness, patience, team work spirit, willing to offer help, open, trustable, reliable, loyal, long term committed to develop a game plan for the market, precise and nice presence, global thinking with Western Europe orientation, experienced in handling both mentalities “East / West” same way
